What areas do you service?

Currently we service residential and commercial clients in Lexington and surrounding areas.  In Louisville, we service commercial clients only at this time.

What are your hours of operation?

Our hours of operation are Monday thru Friday, 8am to 5pm.  Weekend work and exceptions to the schedule are possible, however they have to be scheduled in advance.

What should I look for in a cleaning company?

There are multiple things you should look for in a cleaning company.  A clean cut and well informed representative during your first interaction is a good sign.  In addition, you should always ask for references and look at online reviews.  Last, and perhaps most important, make sure your provider carries CURRENT workers compensation and general liability coverage.  If they do not, they become your employee rather then contractor and if someone gets hurt or something gets broken, you will be liable.  In our 3 years of operations, we had ZERO claims, but we still carry bot policies and are happy to provide you with certificates.

Do you offer estimates over the phone? What are your rates?

We do not offer estimates over the phone.  Our procedures are designed to optimize the price and save you money.  This is why we always come out for a free estimate.  This allows us to customize the pricing to your home and your needs and not over-charge you.  Our rates are very competitive, however, we do not work off hourly rates.  Instead, you get a “per cleaning” quote.

Do you guarantee your work?

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee.  If you call us within 24 hours with any concern you may have, our staff will come out to your home or business and correct it for free.

Do we have to be on our property when you clean?

That is entirely up to you.  If you are not, we ask for you to provide us with access and if you are, we look forward to getting to know you better. 

For our commercial clients, we will accommodate late evening and night schedules if needed.

Are you insured?

Yes.  Insurance is very important as it protects our company and our clients.  Many cleaning services will not be truthful about their insurance, so you always want to make sure to see their certificates.

We carry workers compensation as well as general liability policies.   If requested, we will happily provide you with certificates of insurance.

How do I pay for my services?

Payment is due at time of service.  You can pay via check, use our mobile register to process your debit or credit card, or pay using any card via PayPal on our website. 

Customers who prepay one month at a time will receive a 5% discount.  This applies to customers who have at least 2 monthly cleanings and who are charged more then our minimum rate of $82 per visit.

Will I always have the same cleaner?

We try our best to send the same team to your home all the time.  This can be affected by vacations, sick time, or turn over, but as a general rule, we always send the same cleaner or the same team.

Will my cleaner arrive on time?

We make every effort to arrive on time.  Due to nature of the work, we reserve a arrival window of 30 minutes.  If for some reason we are late, you will be notified timely.

What if I need to reschedule?

That is not a problem.  Things happen.  Please let us know as early as possible so that we can reschedule our teams as their income depends on solid schedules.

Do I have to do anything before you arrive?

If you can unclutter we can clean faster and get more done.  That is usually a great help.

Why do you use your own chemicals?

We use high quality product that is safe for your family, our employees, and your pets.  This is done for several reasons:

Our employees receive training and can treat your property’s surfaces with cleaning solutions that will not damage them
Our insurance requires MSD sheets and this allows us to control that aspect of our business.
You never have to shop for those supplies and can count on us to always have what is needed to maintain your home.
Last – by providing our own tools and supplies and insurance, we can never be considered your employees so if there are ever any claims, you are not liable.

How do you handle keys that you retain?

Keys are stored in our safe and color-coded.  Even if lost, there is no way that they can ever be connected to your business or home.  They are turned in daily and issued to cleaners only on day of cleaning.

What if I have pets?

We love pets. We own pets. We love working around pets.  However, if your pet is afraid of vacuums or aggressive, we ask for them to be separated from us into an area that we are not working in.

Will you do my laundry or dishes?

For an additional charge we will process laundry and dishes while on your property.
